Reeves, one of the major accountancy and financial services firms practicing in the South East of England, was recently named one of the 2011 Accountancy Age Best Employers. The program is a joint project of Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group.
The firm was recognised at the British Accountancy Awards on 30th November 2011.
According to the Best Companies Group, the survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognise and reward the best accountancy practices to work for in the UK, benefiting the area’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Firms from across the UK entered a two-part survey process to determine the Accountancy Age – Best Employers. The first part, worth 25%, included an evaluation of the firm’s policies, systems, philosophies, practises, and demographics. The second part, worth 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience.
