Reeves declared one of the best employers in the UK
Reeves were recently named one of the 2011 Accountancy Age – Best Employers, a joint project of Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group. The firm was recognised at the British Accountancy Awards in November 2011.
According to Best Companies Group, the survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognise and reward the best accountancy practices to work for in the UK, benefiting the area’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Firms from across the UK entered a two-part survey process to determine the Accountancy Age – Best Employers. The first part, worth 25 percent, included an evaluation of the firm’s policies, systems, philosophies, practices, and demographics. The second part, worth 75 percent of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience.
Andrew Griggs, Corporate Partner and Head of HR at Reeves commented: “This survey set out to identify and flag up the best firms to work for in the UK and I’m delighted to say that Reeves were one of the top three accountancy firms to work for.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Reeves employees for completing the survey and generally making our firm a really excellent place to be and work. Our aim is to have happy clients and we can only achieve this through having happy staff.”
